Cleaning | Polymeric Sand | Sealing | Re-Leveling
Serving Lake County, McHenry County & Beyond
Restoration costs a fraction of full replacement — and the results speak for themselves.
Most companies just pressure wash and leave. We do the full restoration your pavers actually need.
Years of dirt, mold stains, and weed growth make pavers look abandoned. Our deep cleaning process strips it all away — your neighbors will think you had new pavers installed.
Learn More →No more weeds pushing through. No more ants. No more shifting pavers. We use commercial-grade Surebond polymeric sand to lock your pavers in place for years — not the hardware store stuff.
Learn More →An optional add-on that's worth it for the right job. Sealing enhances the natural color of your pavers, blocks stains, and adds years of protection. We'll tell you honestly if your pavers need it.
Learn More →Tripping hazards. Pooling water. An eyesore in your yard. We re-level sunken and uneven pavers with the right equipment — proper technique makes all the difference.
Learn More →The white haze on concrete pavers is normal, not damage. We clear it with the right cleaner — and clear it before any sealer goes down.
Learn More →Repair for what repeated winter freeze-thaw cycles do to joints, surfaces, and base — blown-out sand, spalling, and frost heave.

Ever seen a paver patio where the joints turned chalky white, or weeds pushed up between the stones after one season? That's cheap polymeric sand, badly applied.
We use Surebond PolySweep — a contractor-grade polymeric sand sold through hardscape distributors, not the bags you'll find at Home Depot or Lowe's. It carries a manufacturer No-Haze Guarantee, and being Surebond Certified means we've been trained by SEK on how to apply it correctly.
Better product. Proper application. A patio that stays tight.
Surebond's PolySweep uses Clear Set Technology — clear synthetic polymers that bond and harden without hazing your paver surface. Hazing is the #1 complaint with hardware store sand. PolySweep doesn't have that problem.
Surebond's SB-1300 seals the surface and stabilizes joint sand in one application. Water-based, breathable formula that won't trap efflorescence — the white mineral deposits cheap sealers cause.
SureClean is a non-acid, biodegradable cleaner safe for all paver types. Many hardware store cleaners are acid-based and can etch or damage your pavers. We don't take that risk with your property.
Every restoration follows the same proven sequence. Here's how we do it.
First, we wash the surface of the bricks with a surface cleaner. Then we go back over it with a double turbo nozzle to get all the old sand, weeds, and dirt from in between the cracks. Two passes — nothing gets left behind.
We let the pavers dry completely — usually a full day. Polymeric sand won't bond properly on a wet surface. Rushing this step is how other companies get poor results.
Once dry, we apply new Surebond commercial-grade polymeric sand into every joint. It bonds, hardens, and prevents weeds and insects from coming back. This is the step that makes the biggest difference.
After the sand cures, we can apply a sealer to protect the brick. Sealing enhances color, blocks stains, and adds years of wear protection. This is an optional add-on — not every job needs it, and we'll tell you honestly if yours does.
Sunken or uneven pavers? Re-leveling is done on an as-needed basis — usually right after the power wash when the old sand is out and the bricks are easier to work with. Sometimes we'll do it before the wash if the bricks are already pliable. Either way, we assess your pavers and let you know if re-leveling is needed.
Premier Partners was built on a simple rule: do the work right, or don't do it. Founder Steve Nach turned that into a company known across Lake, McHenry, and Cook County for restoring brick pavers the way they should be — cleaned properly, re-sanded with Surebond polymeric sand, sealed with professional-grade product, and re-leveled where the base has shifted.
Of everything Premier does, brick paver restoration is the work that stands apart — it rewards precision, and it shows when it's done right. Steve is Surebond Certified and invested in the commercial-grade equipment and technique the job demands. He came to it by choice: a Bachelor's from Roosevelt University, MBA coursework at Drake, and years as a Regional Property Manager gave him a corporate path — he wanted to build something of his own instead.
That standard is how our crews work today. We don't cut corners and we don't rush one patio to get to the next. Every paver gets the full process — the right cleaning, the right sand, the right sealer, and the expertise to know the difference. Done right the first time.
Premier is based in Volo, IL, restoring pavers across Lake, McHenry, and Cook County and beyond. When you hire us, you're hiring a team that treats your property the way it treats its own reputation.

“We had our pavers restored by Premier and honestly the difference is night and day. They were in really rough shape and now they look brand new. Steve and his team did an incredible job bringing our property in Bannockburn back to life. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for paver restoration.”
“These guys did an amazing job power washing, and re-sanding my paver patio.”
Brick paver restoration is a full process that includes cleaning, polymeric sand application, sealing, and optionally re-leveling to restore your pavers to their original condition. Each step builds on the last to deliver lasting results.
Costs vary with square footage, paver type and condition, and how much re-sanding, sealing, or re-leveling the job needs. But here's what doesn't change: restoring your existing pavers costs a fraction of tearing them out and replacing them — that's the whole point of restoration. Because every patio and driveway is different, our crews give a free, no-obligation quote after seeing the space, so you get an accurate number instead of a guess.
Most paver sealers hold up for a few years — often around 3–5 — before resealing is recommended, depending on foot and vehicle traffic, sun exposure, and the sealer used. Our crews use professional-grade Surebond sealer and can tell you where yours stands at a free assessment.
Yes, we specialize in paver re-leveling. Sunken or uneven pavers are a common issue, and proper technique and equipment make all the difference. We have the training and tools to do it right.
We serve Lake County, McHenry County, and Cook County in Illinois, and beyond. Our home base is in Volo, IL. Don't see your area? Contact us — we may still be able to help.
You can rent a pressure washer, but without proper technique you risk damaging the pavers, eroding the base, and voiding any warranty. Hardware store polymeric sand often breaks down within a season or two. Our commercial-grade Surebond products are engineered to last significantly longer, and our process ensures the sand and sealer bond correctly. Most customers who tried DIY first tell us they wish they'd called us sooner.
Your pavers won't fix themselves. Tell us what you need — we'll get back to you with a free, no-obligation quote.
