Cleaning | Polymeric Sand | Sealing | Re-Leveling
Serving Lake County, McHenry County & Beyond
Restoration costs a fraction of full replacement — and the results speak for themselves.
Most companies just pressure wash and leave. We do the full restoration your pavers actually need.
Years of dirt, mold stains, and weed growth make pavers look abandoned. Our deep cleaning process strips it all away — your neighbors will think you had new pavers installed.

Ever seen a paver patio where the joints turned chalky white, or weeds pushed up between the stones after one season? That's cheap polymeric sand, badly applied.
We use Surebond PolySweep — a contractor-grade polymeric sand sold through hardscape distributors, not the bags you'll find at Home Depot or Lowe's. It carries a manufacturer No-Haze Guarantee, and being Surebond Certified means we've been trained by SEK on how to apply it correctly.
Better product. Proper application. A patio that stays tight.
Surebond's PolySweep uses Clear Set Technology — clear synthetic polymers that bond and harden without hazing your paver surface. Hazing is the #1 complaint with hardware store sand. PolySweep doesn't have that problem.
Surebond's SB-1300 seals the surface and stabilizes joint sand in one application. Water-based, breathable formula that won't trap efflorescence — the white mineral deposits cheap sealers cause.
SureClean is a non-acid, biodegradable cleaner safe for all paver types. Many hardware store cleaners are acid-based and can etch or damage your pavers. We don't take that risk with your property.
Every restoration follows the same proven sequence. Here's how we do it.
First, we wash the surface of the bricks with a surface cleaner. Then we go back over it with a double turbo nozzle to get all the old sand, weeds, and dirt from in between the cracks. Two passes — nothing gets left behind.
We let the pavers dry completely — usually a full day. Polymeric sand won't bond properly on a wet surface. Rushing this step is how other companies get poor results.
Once dry, we apply new Surebond commercial-grade polymeric sand into every joint. It bonds, hardens, and prevents weeds and insects from coming back. This is the step that makes the biggest difference.
After the sand cures, we can apply a sealer to protect the brick. Sealing enhances color, blocks stains, and adds years of wear protection. This is an optional add-on — not every job needs it, and we'll tell you honestly if yours does.
Sunken or uneven pavers? Re-leveling is done on an as-needed basis — usually right after the power wash when the old sand is out and the bricks are easier to work with. Sometimes we'll do it before the wash if the bricks are already pliable. Either way, we assess your pavers and let you know if re-leveling is needed.
This is where it all started. Steve Nach picked up a pressure washer to clean his grandmother's deck — and fell in love with the work. Watching years of grime disappear, seeing a surface come back to life, knowing you did that. It wasn't a business plan. It was something he genuinely enjoyed doing. The neighbors noticed, the referrals started, and Steve realized he had something real.
As Premier grew, one service stood apart — brick paver restoration. The precision it demands. The transformation it delivers. This wasn't just pressure washing a surface. It was bringing something back to life. Steve got Surebond Certified, invested in commercial-grade products, and went all in.
He had the credentials to go a different route — Bachelor's from Roosevelt University, MBA coursework at Drake, years as a Regional Property Manager, broker's license. But Steve wasn't interested in the corporate path. He wanted to build something of his own, something he could be proud of. So he went all in.
Steve doesn't operate like other guys in this industry. He doesn't cut corners. He doesn't rush through a job to get to the next one. Every paver gets treated the right way — proper cleaning, Surebond polymeric sand, professional-grade sealant, expert technique. He won't leave your property until it looks the way it should. That's not a sales pitch. That's just how he's wired.
Steve's wife has been with him since day one, believing in this when it was nothing but a pressure washer and a truck. Together they're raising two daughters, and every early morning and long day on the job is for them.

Brick paver restoration is a full process that includes cleaning, polymeric sand application, sealing, and optionally re-leveling to restore your pavers to their original condition. Each step builds on the last to deliver lasting results.
Costs vary depending on square footage, current condition, and services needed. We provide free, no-obligation quotes for every job. A typical patio restoration ranges from $500-$1,500+, depending on scope.
Paver sealing typically lasts 2-4 years depending on traffic, weather exposure, and the product used. We use premium Surebond sealers for maximum durability and protection.
Yes, we specialize in paver re-leveling. Sunken or uneven pavers are a common issue, and proper technique and equipment make all the difference. We have the training and tools to do it right.
We serve Lake County, McHenry County, and Cook County in Illinois, and beyond. Our home base is in Volo, IL. Don't see your area? Contact us — we may still be able to help.
You can rent a pressure washer, but without proper technique you risk damaging the pavers, eroding the base, and voiding any warranty. Hardware store polymeric sand often breaks down within a season or two. Our commercial-grade Surebond products are engineered to last significantly longer, and our process ensures the sand and sealer bond correctly. Most customers who tried DIY first tell us they wish they'd called us sooner.
Your pavers won't fix themselves. Tell us what you need — we'll get back to you with a free, no-obligation quote.
